Raghav Lal Head of Global Small Business As head of global small business for Visa Inc, Raghav Lal directs the development and implementation of the strategic vision for Visa Business products targeted at the small business market. His team coordinates all small business credit and debit product efforts including product development, program management and marketing. Additionally, Lal manages Visa's small business credit and debit issuer services, which provide Visa financial institution clients with insight and counsel on effective client relationship management. Lal has more than 10 years of experience in risk management and product development for small business card products. Prior to joining Visa in May 2005, Lal spent 15 years with American Express, most recently as the head of its international Small Business Services group. In that role, he was responsible for revitalizing small business portfolio growth, including the launch of American Express' flagship business card product in key international markets. Lal received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and a Masters in business administration from Columbia Business School. |
