Cancellation Policy

If you are interested in attending, or have already registered for one of our events, please be advised of our policy on cancellations.

  • If you cancel more than three weeks prior to the event, (by 5 PM EDT 16 business days prior) we will refund all but $30.00 of the amount you paid for each registration. (ie $30 per person is not refundable).
  • If you cancel three weeks or less, but more than one week prior to the event, we will refund half (50%) of the cost for each registration.
  • If you cancel less than one week prior to the event, or you simply don't show up for the event we will not refund any part of the registration cost.
  • All sales are final on the Issue Forums, which are priced at $6 per forum. There will be no refunds issued for Issue Forums.

You may also choose to send someone else in your place. There will be no extra charge for this. We simply need you to let us know as soon as possible. We will not transfer your registration without your prior notification. A substitution will be accepted up to 5 PM EDT five business days prior to the event.

9 AM - 5 PM EDT, Monday thru Friday (Except holidays)
